Платформа создана в рамках реализации проекта Эразмус+/Жан Монне “Enlargement Laboratory: EU Values and their Effects on New Member States in the Research and Innovation Sector” (ELEVEN+) и предназначена для свободного использования научными работниками, аспирантами, экспертами в различных областях научного знания.
С помощью данной платформы накапливается база научных публикаций, база данных научных и образовательных организаций, информации возможностях нахождения финансирования научных работ (грантов), интересных фактов и тд.
С помощью платформы Вы всегда будете иметь возможность подавать заявки на текущие гранты IAS-MSPU.

If you are interested in the possibility of using the resources: Virtual platform, we suggest you go through the short description.
The platform is created within the framework of the Erasmus + / Jean Monnet project "Enlargement Laboratory: EU Values and Their Effects" and is intended for free use by scientists, postgraduates, experts in various fields of scientific knowledge .
With the help of this platform, the base of scientific publications, the database of scientific and educational organizations, information about the funding opportunities for scientific works (grants), interesting facts, etc., is accumulating.

2. после одобрения модератором, Вы приобретаете статус "Исследователь", что позволяет Вам размещать свои материалы на данном портале, включая новости, фото и видео, научные статьи (Администрация сайта оставляет за собой право модерирования поступающей информации).
2. After approval by the moderator, you acquire the status of "Researcher", which allows you to post your materials on this portal, including news, photos and videos, scientific articles (the Administration reserves the right to moderate the incoming information).
3. Для приглашенных экспертов предлагаются возможности модерирования материалов и оценки заявок на гранты. Список экспертов утверждается научно-методическим советом МПГУ.
